A - When shopping, park at the back of the parking lot to get in some extra walking!
C - When you wake up, Drink a Cup of warm water with a 1/4 of a lemon squeezed into it! This will help jump start your digestion for the day!
E - Don't put Benefiber packets into carbonated drinks.... you will have to get a new drink....

A - Don't be LAZY
C - Instead of sitting in a chair or couch when watching TV or a movie, sit on an exercise ball to work out your core while doing something lazy!!

C - Ahead of time, measure out healthy snacks that you can eat throughout the day when you are STARVING! That way you aren't tempted to over eat or eat an unhealthy snack!
E - If you are about to have a Birthday and you love to have sweets but you wanna eat right.... DONT eat anything all day and then have a WHOLE BUNCH OF CAKE!!! lol (jk)
