About Us......

We are three sisters working to get into or stay in shape! Ara is the oldest (26) and is trying to lose weight and get in shape before having children with her husband. Carlyn is the middle child (23) her desire is to get in shape and have the endurance to keep up with the youth she works with. Emmalee is the youngest (17) and is already an athlete. But now her sport and time is high school is almost over and she wants to stay in shape!

Our blog is a way for us to encourage each other and help each other reach our goals. Please feel free to follow along! You can follow each sister or just the one you find interesting or have things in common with!

Ara's days to post are Monday and Thursday.
Carlyn's days are Tuesday and Friday.
Emm's days are Wednesday and Saturday.

p.s. We would also like to say that this is to help encourage us to keep up the good work and help us stay on track BUT we know we could not even do this by ourselves or as 3 sister's with out God by our side pushing us along!

NEW NEWS!!!!


I am going VEGETARIAN!!! Im very excited about it.

I have been thinking about it for a long time. i dont like eating meat that much and i eat salads almost everyday for a meal.

I have done some resruch about it and it seams to be a great step to a better, heather life stiale and im really ready to try it. I was scared at first at what people would think but i still like fish and want to eat that but i just don't enjoy meaty meat any more.

I HOPE it goes well.

Hello my Loves


I am in a very good mood. I have had a horrible past week but i got a new phone and it felt like it was a start of a new technology and idk but it felt like i could just forget this past week and start over!!! ;)

I have been swimming ALOT!!! so i have been drinking a bunch of water and trying to speed walk or jog. i have not lifted weights in a while but i think im going tomorrow morning. ;)

I also have started something that helps me feel better everyday! I wake up and go look in the mirror and remind myself that it does not matter what i look like because my family and true friends love me. then i check myself out and say "WHOO YOU LOOK GOOD" and then i start my day. When i have that positive out look i have a better day and it is crazy but i cant see the negative stuff that i always tell myself i have :) so it is just a way to help me but happy and feel like i can work to achieve to be better and love myself.

I have also been trying to eat right and eat smaller amounts. I try to get out of the house as much as i can and been with friends. Tyler my best friend ever... we have been hanging out everyday and i LOVE HER!!! she is starting a need eating habit and i love to help so it is also helping me. But we sometimes reward ourselves with ice cream!!! But i have to say my sugar cravings have gone down ;) i think that long trip to Alabama where all we had was sugary snacks to snack on killed my taste buds for sugar lol.

I hope yall are doing well! i cant wait for those 3 weeks where i will be with yall at different times but all the same it will be a blast!!! LOVE YA!!!

First post after a long dry spell...

Well I just wanted to pop in and let y'all know that I exercised last night. I got on our "new" elliptical machine and went for 20 minutes. My legs are not used to moving that way so it hurt a lot at first. But I pushed through the pain and made it for 20 minutes. I hope to work up to a lot more than that.

Plus I have been home these past few days and I feel like I have done a pretty good job at avoiding the fridge. Please keep praying for me! Love you guys!! hugs, ara

New Start!!!

IT is summer!!!

And im starting my 6 small meals a day again and im excited to work out! im trying to work out every morning when im not out of town lol and then do something else during the day, like swimming or bike ride or something active even if it is for 30 mins!!!

I have started eating healthy again but it is so hard with SO MUCH ice cream in the freezer but maybe i can reword my self with a little every other day lol.
I am trying to set up a secdual that is flexibul but will work so i can get back in to shape and not hurt my knees.

Today i did 30 mins on the bike and then did legs and mostly abs for an hour! it felt good.

Now about to go to the movies!!!
